Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) carefully before using the https://quantumwallet.com.au Australian reseller website. This website is owned and operated in Australia by SHA256 Trading As “The Crypto Agent” an authorized Australian reseller of the Quantum Device. The QUANTUM Device and “Quantum Manager” application (the “Products/Goods” & “Services”) are manufactured, operated and owned separately by the Security Arts Company https://www.security-arts.com based in Ukraine. Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1.1. “Websites” – Australian reseller website: https://quantumwallet.com.au
The official Security Arts website https://security-arts.com and any subdomains.
1.2. “Buyer”, “user”, “customer” – anyone purchasing or using our products or services.
1.3. “Products/Goods” and “Services” – QUANTUM Device and Quantum Manager application.
1.4. “Contract” – Any contract of sale and purchase of the Products/Goods available from SHA 256 via the https://QuantumWallet.com.au reseller website, between the reseller and the buyer.
2. Personal Data
SHA 256 via the https://QuantumWallet.com.au reseller website needs to process and collect personal data (the “Data”). We collect data needed to successfully process your order (“Purchase”): your full name, email, shipment address, billing address, phone number. We do not process or store your credit card data. Third party service is used to securely process credit card data.
3.1. If you wish to purchase any Products/Goods or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, email address, shipment address, billing address, phone number.
3.2. You are solely responsible for any information provided by you during the order process, including, but not limited to, your full name, email address, shipping address, and the amount and specification of the ordered products.
3.3. After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledging email (“Order acknowledgment”), to the email address listed by you when placing the order, that we have received your order.
3.4. The acknowledging email contains an order number that may be used for any further references to your order.
3.5. We have the right to reject your order at any time before its acceptance for any or no reason.
3.6. Before we accept your order, you have to pay the amount “Total” on the order page.
3.7. If we reject your order for any reason or no reason, we will refund the payment in full.
3.8. If we accept your order, you’ll receive an acceptance email (“Order acceptance”), to mail address listed by you when placing the order, that we have accept your order.
4.1. We have the right to modify at any time the price of the Products.
4.2. Shipping price depends on the package weight, carrier and the delivery method and shipping address.
4.3. Any Purchase outside Australia may incur additional costs. Some countries or states may apply customs duties or taxes. It is your responsibility to pay these duties.
5. Payment Method
5.1. The price “Total” on the order page will be invoiced for the order.
5.2. We accept payments in AU$ using PayPal and selected cryptocurrencies
5.3. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway provider. We do not process or store credit card data.
5.4. A Third-party exchange rate provider is used to calculate the amount of cryptocurrency to be paid. The cryptocurrency payment should be paid within 30 minutes.
6.1. We use Australia Post or Sendle as service providers to deliver inside the Australia. Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
6.2. We use Australia Post as service provider to deliver worldwide. Delivery times will vary depending on location & the local transport service companies. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the local transport service company.
6.3. After shipping your order, you’ll receive an email with tracking number. Outside Australia, the traceability of the parcels may be limited in some countries.
7.1. The Customer has 5 days from the receipt of the product ordered on the website to cancel and return the Purchase.
7.2. The Customer must inform the company of their decision to cancel by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
7.3. The Customer must return the Quantum Device (“Products/Goods”) unopened in the original condition as it was received within 5 days from the notification of the decision to cancel the Purchase, to the address mentioned in Company reply.
7.4. The reimbursement shall be made as soon as possible and within a maximum of 5 days from the receipt by the company of the “Products/Goods” returned by the customer.
7.5. In case of cancellation we will refund the purchase price excluding the shipping charges associated with the Purchase.
8.1. The limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, manufactured by Security Arts and supplied via the Australian reseller website https://quantumwallet.com.au (the “Physical Products/Goods”).
8.2. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
8.3. During the Warranty Period, Security Arts will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
8.4. Security Arts will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or provide a new Product if repair is not possible.
8.5. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased is 12 months from the date of device activation.
Your use of the Quantum Manager (“Service”) is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement or course of performance.
Neither SHA256 or Security Arts can warrant that 1.) The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location. 2.) The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
10. Links To Other Web Sites
The Australian reseller website https://quantumwallet.com.au contains links to third-party web sites and services that are not owned or controlled by SHA256 which has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that neither SHA 256 or Security Arts shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
